another drive

I'm sure you might be tired of me complaining about my drives to Phoenix... sorry! We have another one tomorrow and will be riding alone with 2 kids. Thankfully, my parents will meet us up there at the appointment to run Anna around for an hour before the drive back. Yes, David has another eye appointment... Please God let his eyes be developed! Although we have to go again next week for more appointments, but I won't complain about those because one is for the monitor and HOPEFULLY (God-willing) they will want us to do an overnight oxygen test to see if we can get rid of it. It is such a thorn in my side. I feel so badly for my poor little boy who can't be carried around all day AND believe me he would probably love it. The tubing and wires don't although for much carrying around. He is getting at the age where he does know he is in the world and things are going on around him. He is so crazy sometimes, using my stomach as a trampoline when I'm trying to burp him! Maybe because it takes so long... :)

In good news, he is sleeping better at night, woohoo! He gets up twice to eat, which is surprising some days because he eats so much now or at least it seems. He seems to be a bit of a snacker I guess. He wants to eat every hour sometimes! I certainly don't want to complain about this because we wanted him to eat for so long and eat more. :)

So, we are busy here at the Knutson house. David keeps us feeding him all day and of course Anna is running around as well. We are actually potty training right now. It is going ok... considering the circumstances she is doing good. She is learning and I figure we have lots of time! We are always stuck in the house anyway right?

Joel and I celebrated 7 years of being married on July 12th! It was so sweet, he brought me some roses and wine. :) I love him! We were able to have a nice dinner out when his mom was here a few weeks back, it was so nice to just sit and talk.
