This was not David's best day. His apnea issues became increasingly worse and he had to be intubated again early this morning. We are back to letting the machine do his breathing for him. They did another head ultrasound today as well because they've noticed an increase in his head measurements. The ultrasound showed either more bleeding or some fluid buildup (something they were afraid could happen) on one side of his brain. Crystal is going to meet with the neurosurgeon tomorrow to talk about options to try and relieve some of the pressure on David's brain. My continued desire and prayer is for a miracle healing for my son but ultimately for God's will to be done.
