So, we will officially take out the NG tube... David is taking his bottles and gaining weight in the last 2 days-ish so the doctor feels ok with letting us take it out for now. Of course, he needs to continue to gain and eat more than he is now, otherwise it will go back in.
We are so excited about this but definitely need to continue to pray that he can do it. We do still have issues with reflux and coughing (hopefully it is the tube causing this).
**Today has been going pretty well, David has been eating. He really likes to sleep too though, it sometimes takes him 30 minutes to wake up... what a boy!! :) We have been trying to let him rest as much as possible.
We leave tomorrow (me and the kids) for Phoenix... I'm praying for strength, faith and peace for the drive and appointments.
