We made the move to Phoenix Children's, the NICU on the main campus. Relief... it is not so bad! I would call it semi private, there is a wall between us and other babies. It is louder with crying babies, machines beeping and people talking but David doesn't seem to mind and that's what really matters. I'm sure it will take a couple of days to find some nurses we love, please keep that in your prayers.
The hospital here is amazing! It is so completely oriented towards children! Anna is coming for lunch today (and grandparents) and I can't wait to see her just have a blast looking at all the fun stuff.
David has done well with the move. He is on full feeds with no issues, on minimal oxygen, and a few drops in his heart rate and oxygen level. The doctors are not going to make any changes until after surgery, just let him rest and grow. Surgery is still scheduled for Wednesday at 2pm. Please continue to pray for this day and those following, for no problems or infection. Once surgery is done, we will just be feeding and growing and on our way home!
Thank you!
I am so happy that going home is in the forecast in the near future! I know how much you want to have your family at your own home. I pray that everything goes well with the surgery and recovery!

So glad to hear you made the transition without incident for excellent nursing staff and for David's quick growth so you can head home! What wonderful news that this is in the forecast! Our God is good and gracious! Thank you for allowing us to share this time with you and your family! This has truly been and adventure in faith, and an exercise in belief in God's sovreignty over all our lives!
Our Lord says 'whatever you ask for in prayer we will receive if we believe'.
