Good days

David has been doing well over the past 2 days. He has had less oxygen level drops, we feel mostly due to the amount of fluid they are taking off. Since then, he is more alert, more vocal :), and needing less oxygen. His flow to the nasal cannula is down to 1 1/2, lowest yet. We are praying it can continue to go down and relieve his tummy!

His feedings are still over a long period of time (an hour and a half now) but I am able to nurse him once a day or more if he is awake. He does pretty good so far and I expect as soon as his feedings are shortened he will do much better. Pray for this also, that he would tolerate feedings being shortened and not have problem with reflux.

Thank you for your prayers and support and keeping up with the blog! Below is a picture of his new big boy bed!
