Bye, bye forever oxygen!

So very thankful for our news today... we can officially take oxygen off David!!! He only has one more attachment - his monitor. (which is nothing compared to our short leash that the oxygen was on) His overnight test was impressive with only 1% under 90% and I'm sure that was with movement. (If you know about oxygen saturations or if you are medical in any way, you will know what that last sentence meant.) Either way, it went very well and we are very happy! Praise the Lord!

I remember when I thought this day was so far off... two down, one to go and then my baby will be free from cords! He is amazing and I love him more everyday. He is so smart and sweet, it's fun to watch him grow into a giant! He loves to talk when he gets a chance and he is doing very well with head control, tummy time and sitting assisted.

We continue to pray for healing to his brain and that the fluid around his shunt would go away (just a small amount that he wears his headband for). We are doing well, thank you for your ongoing prayers so much!
