David was so awake this morning! It was sooo cute, like a real baby! He was looking for food and making little cries out, he has done this here and there but not quite like this. I think he is just more comfortable... his tummy is a little better too. He did have many stools last night and they are trialing him off his caffeine as well. Weird huh that babies are given caffeine? Preemies need it to keep their heart rate from dropping. David still has heart rate drops but the doctors don't think it is from prematurity any longer, it's from him holding his breath, reflux, etc.
Today, David will have another eye exam. By now, his eyes should be developed into the last zone (there are 3). Please be praying for him, not only for healthy eyes but that he would handle the procedure well.
